I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 40 years of experience serving individuals, couples, and families in mental health, hospice, substance abuse, and child welfare. I am also the founder of WeThrive Counseling Center, an evidence-based group practice dedicated to helping clients heal, grow, and thrive.

I am especially passionate about supporting older adults and caregivers. As we age, life often brings unexpected transitions, losses, and challenges that can feel isolating or overwhelming. I believe that throughout our lives, we all encounter times when we need support, and my goal is to help people navigate those moments with openness, honesty, and clarity.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with my direct yet compassionate style. I believe life is too short for anything less than honest, meaningful work, and I strive to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
