Hi, I’m Hannah Wagner, LCSW, and for the past 10 years, I’ve worked with older adults and their caregivers. In that time, I’ve seen firsthand the unique emotional and practical challenges that come with aging; challenges that deserve specialized care and attention. That’s why I created Roseville Elder Services: a private practice dedicated to meeting the distinct mental health needs of seniors and their families.
I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life changes and caregiver stress. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief therapy, mindfulness, and a strengths-based perspective that honors each person’s life experience and resilience.
My goal is to provide compassionate, specialized therapy that helps older adults and caregivers find clarity, connection, and renewed purpose through life’s later chapters. At Roseville Elder Services, I provide compassionate, specialized support for older adults, caregivers, and families navigating the many stages of aging.

I offer virtual sessions throughout California and in home sessions in Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln to make care more comfortable and accessible; meeting you where you are, both literally and emotionally.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, reading and cooking.
