I provide mental health services to older adults as well as their families and caregivers. I specialize in the aging process, which can include issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress/burnout, menopause, and chronic illness. I am available in the Columbia, MO, area for in-home appointments (primarily residential care communities) or for teletherapy appointments across Missouri. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to prospective clients to see if my expertise matches your needs.
