As a seasoned psychotherapist of 40+ years I work with clients across the adult lifespan, who are dealing with life changes, geographic relocation, and chronic pain. I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, including the heartbreak of saying good-bye to beloved family pets, evolving family status/roles and preparing for and thriving in retirement. I work with couples who want a more peaceful and connected relationship.

My practice is fully Tele-Health, serving clients in Alaska, N.C. and in many countries abroad. I am a Medicare provider and accept most insurance and EAP plans, including Lyra, Military One Source as well as the others on the profile list below. I am certified in Hypnotherapy, work with EFT Tapping processes and use CBT, (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) Person Centered Therapy.
I use an approach that is best suited and adapted to each clients uniques needs.
I love to travel and garden and read and in Summer, I can be found foraging for berries, hiking and kayaking in gorgeous Alaska that I have called home for the last twenty years.
