I am a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Social Work Supervisor and hold a Gerontology Graduate Certificate. My considerable life experience and professional knowledge have contributed positively to multiple clinical settings.

My approach to counseling is person-centered. My work centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can heal, reflect, and discover a sense of purpose.
I have years of experience walking alongside clients through major life transitions – such as life stage changes, care-giving, death and loss, health and wellness shifts, relationship changes, moves, career changes, etc. These experiences can bring many emotions, including depression, anxiety, guilt, trauma, and grief.
