I have been a therapist for 21 years and within the last 10 have found that my client population focuses more on aging individuals as well as those dealing with chronic pain. Personally I am caregiver to my 91 and 80 year old parents and have much experience working with aging family members and older clients in the areas of early signs of dementia, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and grief. My primary focus of treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy and also I am an advocate for working with a client’s support system including family and medical personnel.
