Founded in 2018, Revere Counseling and Care Management LLC proudly offers the metro Atlanta community a comprehensive and compassionate approach to eldercare services.

Trained as licensed clinical social workers and grounded in extensive experience in non-profit social work, Stephanie Roach and Kelly Morgan and their team of seasoned clinicians provide client-centered psychotherapy for older adults as well as for family caregivers.

Revere also offers geriatric care management services which provide older adults and family caregivers the essential support necessary to navigate the complex array of medical and supportive services that are so often needed as one grows older. Revere’s care managers are trained nurses who have not only years of clinical experience but also a strong commitment to advocating for older adults in our often complicated and cumbersome medical system.

Revere Counseling and Care Management strongly believes that older people and the families who care for and about them should feel empowered, valued, and supported.  We honor the wisdom and strength of our clients by not only listening to the struggles and challenges of those who have the privilege of “living long” but also supporting their hopes and dreams. We also understand the emotional roller coaster that family caregivers find themselves riding, often without warning, and we are available to support them as well.

Revere Counseling and Care Management is passionate about breaking down the misinformed and negative stereotypes about what growing older means in our society and who older adults are.  We believe that one’s chronological age should be just one of many factors in how we define ourselves as we grow older.  A dedication to “lifting up” older adults and those who care for them is ingrained in the mission and the daily work of Revere Counseling and Care Management.
