Aging is not always easy or fun! If you are aging yourself (and frankly none of us are getting any younger!) or you have a loved one who is aging, it can often feel overwhelming. There are so many decisions to make (medically, housing, transportation, financially, etc) and since most of us don’t live in a vacuum, these decisions affect other people. If you want to explore your feelings about the decisions, I would love to work with you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over two decades of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and foster resilience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore concerns and develop practical tools for lasting change.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw upon my extensive background in home health, solution focused brief counseling, and case management to provide holistic support. I have a particular passion for working with older adults and their families in navigating aging issues.
