Many people seek  therapy with me to help with challenges related to  depression, anxiety, grief and loss, caregiving, Alzheimer’s disease, retirement, changes in health, emerging cognitive changes, and associated stresses on relationships.

Others reach out in mid-life as they hope to put the pieces in place to pave a path towards what might be considered “successful aging,” and as they navigate the pressures of being in the “sandwich” generation.

I also use my expertise and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in later life and of dementia to consult with families looking to move forward in the care of their loved one.
