Hello, I’m Jennifer Small, Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker.  I help people FIX CAREGIVER BURNOUT.  I also help older adults  cope with chronic or terminal illnesses.  Life changes as we get older, I help you adjust to those changes so you can flourish in your role as a caregiver or as an individual with a chronic or life limiting disease.  I have over a decade of experience working in hospice and with older adults who have debilitating conditions.   You don’t have to go through this alone, there is help available.
