• Hello! I’m so glad you are taking this courageous step to invest in yourself. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts.
• I have been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for 30 years. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University in 1996. Additionally, I have furthered my education by being trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Trauma Focused therapy, Addictions Counseling, Grief Therapy, Gottman’s Couples therapy and Faith Based Therapy.
• Many of my years in the counseling profession have included supporting older adults and caregivers through life’s transitions, grief, health challenges, and emotional stress. I provide a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative space to help clients build resilience, improve coping, and find renewed balance and meaning.
