In 25+ years in healthcare working with patients, families, and professionals I have had the privilege of meeting with people in moments of deep challenge – living with a serious illness, adjusting to life without a loved one, making end of life decisions, adjusting to new roles, difficulty finding work/life balance and managing the competing demands of caregiving and self-care.
Life brings many challenges that are tough to face alone. Too often you are not given space to let the full force of your feelings or struggle be expressed. You feel stuck or held back as you hold on to what is no longer helping.
Counseling offers the space needed to express, explore and find tools to help you grow. I will meet you where you are, take time to understand your unique story and help you find a path to balance and wellness.
