Hi, I’m Karen Elliott.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist specializing in supporting older adults through life’s transitions. My experience spans both medical and mental healthcare settings, where I’ve had the privilege of helping older adults and their families navigate change with dignity and compassion.

Telehealth therapy may be new to you, and that’s okay! Many clients find it surprisingly easy once they begin. Simply email me to get started, and I’ll reply with a warm welcome and a link to create your private client portal. When it’s time for our session, just click the secure link, and I’ll be there on the other side. Prefer to talk by phone instead? That works too. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and accessible as possible for you.

Together, we’ll explore coping strategies, strengthen your sense of connection and purpose, and identify resources that support your overall well-being.

I bring specialized training in the aging process and a deep understanding of the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social changes that come with later life. This includes issues such as grief, caregiving, autonomy, health concerns, and end-of-life considerations. More than anything, it’s my passion for this work that drives me, to help you rediscover meaning, draw upon the deep wisdom and strength shaped by your life’s experiences, and cultivate a fulfilling quality of life at every stage of aging.
